Shipt Anthem Campaign


We developed an anthem campaign to drive awareness and reinforce the distinctiveness of Shipt vs other same-day delivery options. The reality is that everyone is stretched, trying to fit 36 hours into 24 hours. People rely on themselves for a lot of things, but we know they can’t do it all, even though they want people to think they can. We also know our members crave the feeling of knowing they’ve accomplished everything needed to do that day. But the reality is, there’s only one of them and they have their own to-do list which is a mile long. That’s where Shipt comes into play and can help empower those around them to be the best version of themself.

The Idea:
Ding Dong Delight

Shoppers who deliver for Shipt see lots of doors. Big imposing doors, cute little pastel doors… They’re more than just entryways—they’re introductions to the people behind them. And those people are as different as the doors themselves.

Shipt gets that: No matter what’s behind your door, we’ll deliver the things that make you, well, you. And we’ll do it all on your terms. In fact, we’ll deliver it same-day.

Want your ham sliced extra thin? Just let your shopper know. Need that special shade of lipstick? We got you. Gotta have your bananas green? To each their own. Because we delight in delivering the things that make each person unique. And you will, too.

The Vibe:
Doorways have their own personalities. Within them are subtle and often not-so-subtle hints as to what lies behind them. Color, signage, nearby items like shoes, dog toys, or sports equipment – even the shape, material, and size of the door can offer clues.

Through thumb-stopping juxtapositions, unexpected pairings, and a little visual tension, we’ll bring viewers into the unique lives of our Shepherds and show how Shipt helps them live their version of the good life. This concept uses doorways to highlight a range of cultures and emotions, from funny to heartwarming, all while showing the honesty of real life.
