Michael J. Harris
I'm currently a senior art director/designer working at Target's creative studio. I’ve had the opportunity to work as an interactive designer, designed for packaging and catalogs as well as several seasonal ISM (In Store Media) projects. More recently I’ve been leading creative in both the digital and social worlds.
I’m a curious and creative problem solver who loves to push ideas beyond what is possible. This has allowed me to thrive in many “white space” projects. I can work independently with autonomy and thrive despite ambiguity. I truly enjoy mentoring, inspiring and leading others.
I’ve have the opportunity to lead multimillion dollar campaigns as well as $30 quick-turn photoshoots. I have built a personal brand of trust through my ability to craft stories utilizing my experience to know when to be scrappy and also when to bring in a crew of like-minded creatives in order to generate award winning work. I've had my work featured at Cannes, Facebook headquarters, in yearly Instagram publications, have recently won the Best of the Bullseye Award and had multiple projects nominated for Webbys.
In summary, I love to bring my whole self: my curiosity, my passion, my experience and my social expertise to fuse community, culture and commerce to like-minded brands.
